All music provided under the TTK brand is protected under copyright law.
When you purchase music from TTK:

• You may not claim ownership, resell, redistribute, or register the track(s) with Content ID or any copyright service.

• You retain usage rights but TTK Youngin maintains 100% ownership of the music.

3. Merchandise

All TTK merchandise is final sale unless defective or damaged on arrival.
By purchasing, you agree:

• You are not reselling or reproducing designs.

• You will not use the TTK logo, name, or branding for your own merch or commercial use without written permission.

4. Refund Policy

• Digital products (music licenses): All sales are final.

• Physical merch: Refunds or exchanges are only available for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

5. Use of Brand

The name TTK, the logo, and all creative works under the TTK umbrella are trademarked and protected.
You may not use, imitate, or modify the TTK brand for any reason without explicit, written permission from TTK Youngin.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use any TTK content:

• In hateful, discriminatory, illegal, or violent projects

• For the creation of NFTs or AI training without permission

• In any way that harms the TTK brand or misrepresents it

Violation of this policy may result in revoked access to licenses or legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

TTK is not liable for any damages, claims, or losses arising from your use of our content or products. You assume full responsibility for how you use the music or merchandise.
